A modern, whimsical take on two types of mysterious sea creatures from ancient folklore – mermaids and seahorses. Rachel imagines these neon mermaids – whose tailfins have morphed into tendrils of coral – as friends and protectors of the seahorses, providing them with a safe harbor to curl up (and catch a ride!)
